Please help a newbie figure out what is possible.
I have created a set of color-coded "heat maps" based on server performance. Essentially, 1-84.99% = green, 85-94.99%= yellow, and 95-100%= red.
Is there a way to "read" the report and generate emails based on the results?
Advice, links, books, etc. all gratefully received.

To add a little more detail, someone else created the database of historical server performance. I'm just reporting on selected servers for the teams that support the applications on those servers. And essentially some of them want reports only when there are potential capacity issues.
More generically, can I create snapshots on a regular schedule and only send emails when the report data meets certain criteria.

On further review, this looks like it belongs in Reporting Services. I would ask that you forgive the new guy and I'll move over there.
Thanks!!
