Hi.
If you are interested in physical architecture of SQL Server, I'll recommend you to check the next source:

The best sources apart from the Books Online at the Microsoft Developers Network is to hit the books. Kalen Daleney's SQL Server 2008 Internals is just excellent. You can also learn a lot from Chris Bolton's book SQL Server 2008 Internals and Troubleshooting. But, those are assuming that we're talking about the relational storage engine. If you're interested in integration services or reporting services or analysis services, then we need other resources.

Can any one explain the SQL architecture
Forums are for short, targeted assistance. Your question is most decidedly neither! :w00t: I could talk for a week straight without a break and hardly scratch the surface of your completely open-ended question. Got something WAY more specific you want to know??

On MSDN and TechNet, there are various visual guides that present a high level overview of the SQL Server architecture stack and then drill down to more detailed technical articles. It's the type of thing presented to executives and potential clients. Maybe this is somthing you're looking for.
