secondary database in logshipping is sink how can i resume ?

If the log shipping chain is broken and you don't have copies of all logs from the primary database, you have to take a full backup of the primary database and restore it in standby mode on the failover, before you can resume the log shipping.

either dive down and get it
or
if logs wont load because of missing lsn restart from a full again or if you have not taken a full backup of the primary since it went out of 'synch' you can restart from a differential. Restore it with the norecovery option.
